407427 - PDFs generated by trunk are huge (again)

PDFs have gotten huge again.

When printing my résumé as a PDF:

Camino 1.5.4: 60 KB
Camino trunk, 02 November (right after bug 375750 was marked FIXED): 112 KB
Camino trunk, 2007120700: 596 KB

Right now, the best regression range I can provide is "sometime since the fix for 375750 landed" but I might be able to narrow that down a bit later.

Google.com, which was the testcase in bug 375750, is 236 KB again in the build I have handy from the other day....

I'm going to try to re-apply the patch in bug 375750 right now....

For anyone playing along at home, the patch in bug 375750 doesn't apply cleanly, but Sam said Stuart's on this (and that our patch didn't get upstreamed to Cairo in time for the Cairo upgrade we just took, bug 404092)....

Er, too quick on the draw: google.com is back down to 96 KB, which is a slight improvement over the result at the end of bug 375750, but still bigger than branch ;)

When bug 375750 was closed, it was known that trunk would be slightly worse than branch.
