Image resize algorithm is too primitive.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Zoom in any page with image.

Actual Results:  
Resized image looks ugly. In most cases to read small fonts is better than to see resized images.

Expected Results:  
Resized image looks smooth.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
