in rich autocomplete result items, the URL text is closer to the border than the title text
in bug #406259, robert writes:
"The vertical placement is odd, so the URL is closer to the border than the
title text. This makes it look like the results are sitting low in the rows."

faaborg/beltzner: do you think we should increase the space below the url or decrease the space above the title, or both?

I personally think we should increase the space below the URL slightly to match the white space on top, and then maybe play around with removing the line entirely.

that screen shot really illustrates the lack of space on the bottom, and would be fixed by increasing the space below.
Note, this would increase the total height used by autocomplete results, which people have already mentioned is "too much", but could be counter balanced by other bugs about making the fonts smaller.

I've put an outline around the title's hbox so it doesn't affect layout.
The first/red result I've shifted the title description up 2px so total there's 2px at top, title height, 3px between title and url (blank, dash, blank), url height, then 2px below including the bottom line.
The second/green is the current display with extra space at top
The third/blue has the description's margin-top -2 and margin-bottom -1, so 2px top, title, 2px between title/url, url, 2px below url.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".
In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.
Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.

we don't have anymore borders, and the design changed quite a bit, to I'm going to invalidate this and eventual new bugs should be filed to cover defects of the current design.
