This is a follow-up from bug 402548, this patch already got review from Neil Deakin, but it also needs approval-1.9+ and since bug 402548 is already marked fixed, drivers don't 'see' that bug in the approval queue.

... which is extremely sad, and I hope that drivers will fix their queries to be correct.
