Green "go" button doesn't show when dragging a text url into the address bar

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. drag the following text www.digg.com into the address bar
2. url is copied to address bar
3. no green go icon
Actual Results:  
no green go icon, 

Expected Results:  
green go icon in the address bar should show

copy and paste the same url into the address bar works fine, shows the green go button.

Dragging a link to the location bar is WFM; dragging text is bug 405277.
