It is known to work for tamarin-central, toplevel build files were preserved from TC during the first big merge.  core/manifest.mk, etc probably will need updating.
This patch brings manifest.mk files and configure.py up to date to compile tamarin-tracing. Tested on Debian Linux. However, more fixes in the h/cpp files are needed to compile the tree with gcc 4.2.
Suggested fixes rolled into fix for 411210, marking dupe.
