smorgan: The API to get a list from CHPM says "give me a category, and I'll give you the list"
smorgan: To make what you want viable on CHPM, it should allow nil as the category
Filing so we don't forget about it.

For the record, what we're talking about here is a (third-party) prefpane GUI for editing what used to be hostperm.1 (what's now permissions.sqlite on trunk), which we've sorely needed for some time.

Erm, it's possible I just have no idea why this is related, but I'm having a lot of trouble seeing how something that doesn't touch CHPermissionManager at all has anything to do with this bug ;)
