I dragged a toolbar bookmark onto the Bookmarks menu item and an error message occurs and the bookmark toolbar item was lost. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Drag toolbar bookmark onto Bookmarks menu item 2. Let go of mouse 3. Error occurs 4. Toolbar bookmark is lost Actual Results: An error occured and my toolbar bookmark was lost Expected Results: The bookmarks menu item would expand allow me to drag and drop the toolbar bookmark into the Bookmarks menu area.

This looks to be the same as bug 400443 so marking as such. If the error you are getting is not the same as bug 400443 then please reopen this bug with more details on the error. Thanks

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h". In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows: Tools | Message Filters Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New" Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h Change the action to "Delete Message". Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top. Click OK. Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter. Gerv
