Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.save a bookmark. 2.open Bookmarks/Show All Bookmarks. 3.attempt to move a bookmark into a user created folder. Actual Results: bookmark moves but does not enter folder. bookmark will produce a line under or above the folder showing it placement. after release it will go to where said line resided, but not into folder. Expected Results: folder highlights, signaling to user that it is selected for drop.
