Hmm, this works for me.
Are you able to reproduce this bug if you make a new firefox profile for a
test?

(Do not delete your existing profile)
If I use a new firefox profile, the bug is still reproducible.

I was able to reproduce this bug today. Tested with a new profile, all add-ons disabled.
It's also worth nothing that this also happens with Drop-Down fields in web pages.
Steps to Reproduce:
0) Created a new profile using the Profile Manager. All Add-Ons disabled.
1) Loaded page: http://www.google.com/
2) Clicked on the search field.
3) Typed "testy" for integrity.
4) Tabbed, only once. Focus went to the address bar.
Expected Results:
Based off my experience with Firefox on Windows, I expected it to tab to the next form button.

Can't reproduce, WFM! Can you provide little more info on it?
Flags: needinfo?
As others noted, this works for me. If more details provided bug can be reopened.

To be noted, its a google's JS that wont let you do that. There are KeyBoard Event listeners blocking things.
Thanks :)
