I think this is WONTFIX for two reasons: 1 - Undoing "never for this site" isn't a very common operation, so it's not appropriate for a context menu. 2 - The context menu doesn't seem like an expected (and thus discoverable) location for controlling if a login is saved. that looks like a good place for it, something like "Remember Passwords on this Site" tho i do think it's probably a more common frustration that you imagine... most users would just give up... but at the same time, the password manager is intrinsically linked to password fields
