I've seen this twice in the last day... We fixed a crash like this in bug 408327 but my stack is a little different.
I'm crashing sometimes when using the trash icon in the download manager. Currently, I'm using Version 2008010100 (2.0a1pre).

I meant to remove this kind of assumption when I tried to fix this last time, but missed this case (which I've verified with some logging was reasonably easy to hit if you empty the downloads list then download something new, due to the timing of the array cleanup). Let's hope this is the last flavor of this :P
