When I create a new window (Ctrl-N) and then click on the Bookmarks
menu, I get the Bookmark This Page dialog for "about:blank" instead of
the menu.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ctrl-N to make new window
2. Left-click on Bookmarks
Expected Results:
Show Bookmarks menu instead of "Bookmark this Page" for "about:blank" (which is rather useless)

This works for me with the latest nightly build.
