on Mac, can't use cmd+maj+U and cmd+( and cmd+) on any "open file" dialog. Annoying with "Choose app to open with" dialog.
Others finder key shortcut cmd+maj+_ works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.menu : file/open file (cmd+O)
2.navigate in folders, stay in subfolder
3.try short cut cmd+maj+U and cmd+( and cmd+)
Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
cmd+maj+U : go to utilities folder
cmd+( : go to previous folder
cmd+) : go to next folder

I'm not familiar with Cmd-( and Cmd-), but they don't do anything in Safari or other apps, either.  

Cmd-Shift-U, Cmd-Shift-H, and Cmd-Shift-A do open Utilities, Home and Applications, respectively, for me on 10.5.1/Intel in a 20071230 Minefield.

I don't see any problems with keyboard commands in the open filepicker, closing this as WFM. We had problems with things in the Edit menu but that isn't in the description of this bug.
