At Print Preview, F3 opens find toolbar ONLY ONCE.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Print Preview
2.Click Page Setup
3.Cancel Page Setup Dialog
4.push F3 key (NOT ctrl-F)
5.Find toolbar is displayed
6.Close find toolbar
7.push F3 again.
Actual Results:  
Find toolbar is never displayed again.

Expected Results:  
Find toolbar is always disabled on Print Preview.


Because find toolbar does not work correctly on Print Preview.

I think Find toolbar should not open at Step 4 - Step5.

"ONLY ONCE" is not correct.
Find toolbar can be displayed again if focus exists on some buttons on toolbar.

After following steps 1 - 3 above, F1 key for help also starts working in PP mode.

The F11 key also succeeds in entering full-screen mode (when it presumably shouldn't), after following steps 1-3 from comment 0.

Attachment: multiple title bar

still occurs. And I get multiple title bars as shown in screen shot.
(I did not test safe mode, so I don't discount the possibility of this requiring an addon to reproduce)

using current nightly on vista.
