Attaching patch that does the necessary changes to get mdn compiling & linking with frozen linkage, and mailviews compiling. mailviews needs a few nsISupportsArray mods that I'm going to look at actually replacing that array.

There's also some include tidy ups in mdn as there were a few that are no longer required.

Note: I've got a very reduced mailnews/base and also some extra patches from the other frozen linkage bugs, so this may be awkward to test for frozen linkage compilation, it shouldn't affect normal builds however.

Checked in, I'm going to decide what to do about nsISupportsArray in mailviews before resolving this bug though.
