To summarize: Bodizzle is pressed by IRL matters and may be unavailable to update for an unknown amount of time.

Bodizzle has posted that he's taken a job with Flock as Browser UI Engineer and Flock will allow him to work on all his Firefox themes whenever he isn't working on something for Flock.

He plans on getting a new website up sometime around the time of the launch of Firefox 3 final with Firefox 3 compatible themes following soon after.  So this and all the other Bodizzle bugs are on the way to being RESOLVED FIXED.

Hopefully the final post on the matter.  Bodizzle's new website is up.  However...

He's now charging a download fee for the fully skinned Firefox 3 themes (only available on his website).  He also is going to downgrade the themes on AMO to become icon-only themes whenever he submits his next batch of updates to AMO.

So, the theme IS AVAIBLE but is free no more.

However I think this bug should be marked as FIXED.
