412287 - Email -> task conversion when email has utf8 encoded subject creates task with weird name

If the email subject is "[gm] Migración 4quakers" and I drag and drop it to the task icon to create a new task it gets a title like this "=?utf-8?Q?=5bgm=5d_Migraci=c3=b3n_=34quakers?="

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive email with utf8 encoded subject
2. Drag and drop email to task icon
Actual Results:  
New task dialog gets the utf8 title encoded in quoted printable (I think that's the name). It looks unintelligible.

Expected Results:  
Same title as actual email

mschroeder: Yes, it's possible for me to reproduce this issue. blocking 0.8 is a good question. Maybe more wanted 0.8?
