So, this is the story: I use both windows and linux machines frequently, and I keep pressing "reset session" instead of "restore session" every now and then because the buttons have different order on different platforms. I filed a bug on the linux version and they cited GNOME HIG (which makes it unlikely that they will change the order on their platform). Anyway, is there any good reason why the windows version puts the "restore session" button to the left? Or, would it be possible to change the order of these two button in the windows version? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Component: General → Session Restore

That's one of the incompatibilities you'll have to live with: Windows users happen to be used to the canceling/dismissing button being on the right side.
