Summary: Some ads are erroneously blocked by Vista's Parental Controls

1. Enable Parental Controls for a "Standard User" account under either Windows Vista Ultimate or Windows Vista Home Premium.
2. Enable the option to block downloads
3. Visit http://www.msnbc.com or http://www.foxsports.com

Expected Results:

Ads shouldn't be blocked

Actual Results:

Some ads are erroneously blocked by Parental Controls.

They all appear to be from http://view.admt.com; its content-type is "text/html":

HTTP Status Code: HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Cache-Control:	no-store	CRLF
Content-Length:	5172	CRLF

I've attached the ad's source as 'ad.html' here; surprisingly, it doesn't get blocked when viewed by itself...
Flags: blocking-firefox3?
The fox news one is definitely vista parental controls and not us. Anytime we see that parental control html page in a frame, we can write it off. Vista returns that in place of the actual content. (Why Vista doesn't like ads from admt.com is anybody's guess.)
Yeah; sorry for the waste of time. I just checked IE 7 and it has exactly the same behavior.

-> INVALID (and clearing blocking? flag)
