The current guide is a bit oudated : I think we should advice new localizers to start with Bugzilla 3.0.x localization, and need to be more detailed. A Docbook section for generating Documentation should be added too imo. When the l10n infrastructure will be set up on landfill, we could also add a section about it (how to submit the localized files, who should be contacted, ...). I hope to be able to provide a first draft this weekend.
I would like to contribute, too. What about wiki: http://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:l10n:Guide Bugzilla FAQ was moved here recently.
