User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 The link is to a forum where I assumed that the problem was my code. Seems not, and the issue seem similar to that in Bug 161607. I admit that I'm pushing HTML into desktop publishing territories, but so were the (at least) three other people who came up with alternative methods for dot-leaders. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Copy the code from the forum. 2. 3. Actual Results: IE7 and IE6 are OK, FF isn't. Expected Results: The screenshots at the forum show what I expected.
Per the css 2.1 specs, the col element only accepts a limited number of properties http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/tables.html#columns
