41283 - Incorrect Dialog for 'New' category in Customize search window

***Overview Description: 

  Choosing to create a 'new' category in the Customize Search window invokes an incorrect dialog - the dialog appears to be an 
autofill dialog.

***Steps to Reproduce: 

1) Open the search panel. Click the customize button.(toggle the within: '_______\/' dropdown to make it appear)

2) In the right pane, under 'Category:' click 'New...'

3) A dialog appears.



***Actual Results: 

A dialog titled 'User Name' appears. The dialog contains a checkbox labled "Remember this valus. Stored values are not password 
protected."

This seems fairly inappropriate.

***Expected Results: 

It should probably only say "Enter the new category name." and the titel should probably be something like 'New Category'

***Build Date & Platform Bug Found: 

All platforms with the 2000053108 builds

Claudius, whoever owns the generic prompt/confirm JavaScript dialogs should get 
this bug, I think.
