download manager has no clear button, which makes easier to clear dm's window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fill download managers window with many downloaded files
2. try to clear it without using context menus (like dumb people, which do not recognize right mouse button)
Actual Results:  
no way to clear

Expected Results:  
everything ok
