SVG 1.1 had a major gap when it comes to flowtext. Opera and Batik implement the textarea element. This feature is high up on the list of SVG content developers.

Can someone work on it ?
Does it exists an XBL until the <textarea> is supported ?

I updated the URL to point to the definition of the element in the SVG Tiny 1.2 specification.

We won't be implementing this per: http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/WG/wiki/SVG2_Requirements_Input#the_textArea_element
