This is a follow-on for extending reftest style tests for states specific to different input controls.

For an example, look at the 315920-8* tests here:

It would also be useful to analyze the code and see which states are assigned to the input controls and write tests for them all, as Bz directs here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=315920#c48
