The following tests should check norestorefocus functionality for <panel>: chrome://mochikit/content/chrome/toolkit/content/tests/chrome/test_panel_focus.xul We should also document the new functionality on devmo.
Need to document the norestorefocus="true" attribute for <panel> which indicates that focus should not be restored after the popup closed. The default is to move the focus back to the element that had it before the popup opened.

Bug 449040 suggests that this feature may be removed.
