41388 - XUL based sidebar doesn't render, leaving garbage in sidebar

In build 2000053120, the Google sidebar renders properly.  In build
2000060120, there's no rendering at all -- it doesn't even draw a gray
window.  It just leaves whatever pixels happen to be there.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.google.com/mozilla/google-search.html
2.Click on the link to install Google in your sidebar
3.You will have a Google sidebar panel.  	

Actual Results:  Open the Google sidebar and you'll see it doesn't draw
anything; it just leaves random pixels.

Expected Results:  The sidebar should render.  Even if the XUL file has errors,
*something* should be shown in the sidebar.  Not random pixels.

Hm, it seems to work now.  I haven't been paying attention to see in which build
it started working.  Nor do I know why.  Oh well :)

Reassigning 50 Sidebar bugs to Matt.  I was told this was going to be done 
shortly about two months ago, but it clearly hasn't been.  I think that's long 
enough for all these bugs to remain assigned to nobody.
