Document A in frame 1 in local subfolder is denied permission to get object properties and run scripts in document B in frame 2 in local parent folder.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start frames.htm
2. open Error console
3. click link to test.htm
4. click link to index.htm

Actual Results:  
test.htm loads:
1. test.htm does not return hvariable (defined in frame 2).
2. location of test.htm does not display (in frame 2).


Expected Results:  
1. test.htm should return true (hvariable).
2. location of test.htm should display (in frame 2).


mainframe => index.htm (Index) => frame 1 => parent folder
mainframe => test.htm (Test) => frame 1 => subfolder
helpframe => helpbar.htm (Help Bar) => frame 2 => parent folder
frameset => frames.htm (Frames) => parent frame => parent folder

!!! Bug is a must-fix because it breaks local browsing in frames.
