Since the landing of the new unified back/foward history menu, the drop down arrow is not shown on new tabs (when no pages to go back or forward to). This is a regression from previous Firefox releases. The icon should still be there but disabled.

Hmm that is very weird behavior since we no not remove any other button because its disabled so why this one?
This was fixed by one of the icon drops...not sure which though.
