In the new AMO Integration panel, is the button in the search field a Stop or Clear button? If its a stop icon, the icon should be same as the stop icon in the download manager. See screenshot.

It's a clear/cancel button, so the (x) is appropriate.

Per UX the current icon is correct, it is likely to get a bit of a make-over with the new icons coming in but closing this out.
