When accessing the Sovereign Bank Mortgage website with Firefox, the following message is displayed:
We have detected that you are using a browser which is not compatible with our application. Our application requires that you use Internet Explorer version 5.5 or greater and have 'cookies' turned on.
If you are having trouble, please ensure:
* Your browser is Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher
* You have cookies enabled
* You have Active scripting enabled
A user from the support.mozilla.com chat feature reported that this website worked properly after using the User Agent Switcher extension to change the user-agent.

I don't suppose we have any contacts over there, or any irate customers who could take this bug and turn it into something useful, do we?

The bank website still behave the same (after almost 3 years :(...).

Note that we get the same answer for Opera (blink), Firefox (Gecko), Chrome Mobile, Chrome Desktop.
Safari Mobile and IE Mobile are getting a login form.

"www.sovereignwebmortgage.com uses an invalid security certificate."
Given that and Comment 4, I'm inclined to close.
