414716 - Change color of "Learn More" links on the "Get Add-ons" pane

See the attached image.

The blue "Learn more" links just don't stand out against the highlight color.  If we use white, like all the rest of the highlighted text, but with a link underline, I think it's still clear that it's a link while being a lot more readable.

If you go with a different color please change the color for the blocklist link to the same color.
