When dragging bookmarks on the drop down menu to change their order, you have to drop the bookmark one section above where you want it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on the Bookmarks button on the menu.
2.Drag a bookmark, and check where it is when you drop it.
3.
Actual Results:
The bookmark was one spot below where I dropped it.
Expected Results:
Put the bookmark in between the two bookmarks I had it between.
