414957 - [Trunk] Missing link on the Plugins pane of the Add-ons manager dialog

When viewing the Plugins pane of the Add-ons manager, the "Get Plugins" link is missing and an error occurs on the Error Console.  This is due to the fact that the "extensions.getMorePluginsURL" pref is missing:

But should the Plugins pane be visible at all? Sunbird doesn't support plugins therefore I see no reason to show the pane in the Add-ons manager.
