All due to us throwing NS_ERROR_DOM_WRONG_DOCUMENT_ERR (apparent from looking at the error console when attempting to check something out). Bug 407636 tracks all this, marking blocking. This is easy to test, go someplace that lets you purchase through google checkout, once you log in to google checkout you'll see a page listing your purchase, price etc. But the "Pay with" and "Ship to" fields are empty and the button you use to complete the purchase is disabled.
