I've seen this question come up quite a bit.
http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-searchindex.php?words=valid+Win32+application&where=forums&forumId=1
Is this not fixed by clean reinstall (<http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Clean_reinstall>)? Should it be addressed in that article or a separate one?

Ask the poster for permission.
- and please make sure you create articles in the category: staging area. This one was in Live Chat.
- and please don't use generic words like "a" or "is" for freetags.
ok so you didn't answer my question:
are we allowed to take screenshots from the forums and put them in KB articles?
and:
aren't you the poster?

No, I'm not the poster. The poster is the person who posted the screenshot. If you want to use a screenshot posted by someone in the forum, don't use it without their permission.
I am not going to bother with it. He is not registered. If you come across this screen be sure to snap a screenshot.

The first two sections are basically the same:
1. Clear your temp folder.
2. Re-install.
