The addressbook is broken in the latest trunk. Although the address book itself shows the normal entries it will not provide any addresses in the contacts sidebar in the mail compase windos.

Seems to be a regression from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=410158">#410158 "Merge nsIAddrBookSession into nsIAbManager"


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open mail compose window
2. Open contacts sidebar
3.
Actual Results:  
Contacts sidebar is empty although address book has addresses stored.

Expected Results:  
Contacts sidebar should show addresses.

This has also been reported for Mac OS(X).

Attachment: Fix regression

Fixes the regression, a bit too much copy and paste, and not enough testing methinks. Neil if you want I'll get Phil to look at the TB side, but this does seem quite trivial.
