Some events in my calendars have lost the ability to be edited directly from within the Week View. I thought at first that it was just events with at least two other events occurring at same time, but some events with no conflicting events or even neighbors have the same issue. Also, I am displaying tasks in the view, and the same issue applies to them.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download this build
2. Have it automatically load a calendar file on first load (after installation of course)
3. Mouseover events/tasks in Week View
Actual Results:
Attempting to select one of these events/tasks via double clicking generates the "New Event" dialogue box as if there was no event/task beneath the mouse pointer in the first place. I currently have 5 calendars open, and it applies to some events/tasks in each one, but never all or none of them.

Expected Results:
Allowed the events/tasks to be selected and edited
Can't confirm on brach, is this a trunk-only issue?
Confirming. I have seen this sporadically in a Sunbird trunk build some days ago but not in a branch build.

Steps to reproduce:

- open the calendar in day/weekview
- go to a day without any event/task
- create an event
- try to select this event -> possible
- create an second event on the same day, two hours later
- try to select the first event -> NOT possible
- selecting the second works

I though this bug would be a real backbreaker, but I found a short elegant solution. Will attach a patch today or tomorrow.

I was seeing this behavior too (though I didn't recognize it as such, thanks Stefan!). I manually applied this patch, and it fixed the bug for me.
