customizing menu items' keyboard (and probably mouse) shortcuts should work

gtk provides option to change shortcuts without any additional code (I think).
when the option is enable, you hover a menu position and press some combination and the pressed combination is set as shortcuts for hovered command. nice feature.
also, configuring shortcuts should be available in some pane in preferences (I hope to get support for my back and forward button without 3rd party apps).
