If a reminder ist set for a task or event, the alarm window does not pop up on the top, if lightning or thunderbird are not the active application at that time.
The alarm comes up only in the taskbar and blinks.
This behaviour is not as courious since the snooze funktion, when set to 1 minute, will pop up the alarm window, while working with other applications.
In my opinion this doesn't make any sense if intended.
The alarm window should pop up in every case.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set an event with reminder
2.Go to another application e.g. firefox and wait for that reminding time
3.
Actual Results:  
The alarm window does not pop up over the active application.

Expected Results:  
The alarm window should pop up on the top.
