Details

<basefont> is currently not implemented. In Nav4.5 it is implemented but does't
work right when tables are involved. Peter, please reassign this to me when it
is working enough to test the table issue. mcaplin@miami.edu pointed this bug
out, but bugzilla doesn't recognize his email address so I can't cc him.
