Firefox sends Copy command (Cmd-C) to a plug in on Key Up. All other commands (Cmd-V/Z/etc.) come on Key Down.

Cmd-C comes on Key Up

Expected Results:  
Cmd-C comes on Key Down like all other commands.
This is likely to be fixed by the stuff in bug 491141, if it hasn't been fixed already.
