I don't have any experience on Outlook Web Access, but would there be a problem with listing
* Premium: ...
* Basic (or Light): ...
Or if that part isn't important, just cut to the chase with the content in the second paragraph.
The two paragraph response just doesn't seem like a succinct answer.

There's two different issues. One is that you can't access the "Premium" interface in Firefox, and one is that the Basic/Light interface has bugs in older versions. I think it's necessary to include the first paragraph because simply asking the admins to upgrade the OWA installation would only help one of these problems.
The Premium/Light distinction isn't just an internal thing, users can actually choose the interface they want on the log in screen.
