I don't have any experience on Outlook Web Access, but would there be a problem with listing * Premium: ... * Basic (or Light): ... Or if that part isn't important, just cut to the chase with the content in the second paragraph. The two paragraph response just doesn't seem like a succinct answer.
There's two different issues. One is that you can't access the "Premium" interface in Firefox, and one is that the Basic/Light interface has bugs in older versions. I think it's necessary to include the first paragraph because simply asking the admins to upgrade the OWA installation would only help one of these problems. The Premium/Light distinction isn't just an internal thing, users can actually choose the interface they want on the log in screen.
Okay, but I'd still like a better way of presenting it. Moved to KB at: Fri 04 of Apr, 2008 00:51 EST Any further discussion should go on the staging copy: <http://support.mozilla.com/kb/*Using+Outlook+Web+Access+in+Firefox>
