Forum contributors have been asking for a way to see all threads with no replies. Currently, they're sorting the thread list by the number of replies, which is kind of annoying to have to do.

This is definitely something we should have as it helps making contributors more efficient.

Scratch that, the UI is in, but it's not working. Seeing as I didn't put a note saying I checked it into production, it may not have made it...

Verified FIXED on http://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-view_forum.php?forumId=1&comments_threshold=0&thread_sort_mode=lastPost_desc&comments_per_page=20&time_control=&poster=&issue_solved=&reply_state=none&comments_offset=180 (and its various pages) -- all "replies" column values are 0.

Seems like the feature was already upstreamed. Too many similarities in naming to have evolved independently. However, implementation used a subquery. I changed that to the HAVING clause, which is a lot more efficient considering the field is calculated anyway.
