Foxkeh is hiding again. Process on server side needs to be restarted. After that, the web chat panel might need to be reconfigured again - https://chat-support.mozilla.com:9091/webchat/ I'm out but zzxc is around to help on IRC and I'll leave him my number in case there's something I need to handle (though everything necessary should be in the admin panel).
pff, xb95 came online and fixed this *right* when I hit submit.
