Send Later toolbar button mapped incorrectly

Details
The problem is that the 'Send Later' toolbar button is mapped incorrectly. Instead of activating Send Later it bring up the 'Page Setup' dialog.
To reproduce:
- New Message
- Right click comp window toolbar and select Customize
- Add the 'Send Later' toolbar button (from File menu) to the toolbar and save
- Address message to yourself
- Click the Send Later toolbar button
- Note the Page Setup dialog is displayed instead of message being placed in the Local Folder 'Unsent'

For those with initiative, this bug is fixed in the Penelope hg source code
depot: <http://hg.mozilla.org/penelope/rev/1d6277bf1b9f>.
Otherwise you'll have to wait until the next release, Eudora 8 beta 5/Penelope
