autocomplete should give preference to urls that have been bookmarked over visited urls (or at least a higher weighting that currently).

in the attached screenshot i would expect my bookmarked url to be at the top of the list, for two reasons:
  - it has been bookmarked
  - the title matches my search exactly
Try playing around with this pref:

places.frecency.bookmarkVisitBonus

Perhaps the default should be bigger?

didn't make any difference.

i've set it to 99999 (default is 140), restarted minefield, and the sorting remains unchanged.
It takes some time to recalculate the frecency. Try visiting the page to force a recalculation.
thanks edward, visiting the page did the trick.
WFM, though I think we tweaked this before release to weight higher...

Just a link: I think this was resolved in bug 394066, where some other possibilities were discarded (see bug 394066#c11).

Actually, the default is currently 75...
Sorry, the default value is 140, but for places.frecency.unvisitedBookmarkBonus , which is what you're interested in if you want to give a bonus to all bookmarks.
Compare places.frecency.linkVisitBonus with value 100 (even a frequently visited bookmark can be flooded by less visited places).
