41724 - browser window comes up at wrong size when invoked from mail window

Split off from bug 41346:

If I run mozilla -mail, and don't bring up a browser window first, and click on
a link in a mail message, and it pops up a browser window at the default size
rather than then the size from localstore.rdf, and then subseqently remembers
this new size in localstore.  It should bring up a browser window at the user's
preferred size.  Long ago there was an issue involving something like absolute
vs. relative pathnames to navigator.xul, which waterson knew about, so I'm
hoping he might know the right owner for this current bug.

Actually I think I just fixed this as part of 40164 and 27646. There was some
strange stuff in tasksOverlay.js that was creating a dummy browser instance and
setting itself as the parent content listener on the mail window if you ever
tried to create a navigator window from the task bar. I've cleaned up the
problems in tasksOverlay.js

qa to default for component. (I couldn't easily verify this for Tom, so I'm 
sending back).

Which localstore values contain the default size (wrong value) and correct 
value (desired value)?
