Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open 'Customize Toolbar' window. 2. Drag the 'Bookmarks' button into any toolbar. 3. Enable 'Icons and Text'/'Text' mode. 4. Press 'Done'. Actual Results: Text label is missing for the 'Bookmarks' toolbar button in 'Customize toolbar' window and the toolbar(s) I've tried DOM inspect the button and found that there is no 'value' attribute for the 'label' element of the 'Bookmarks' 'toolbarbutton' element.
